Autism spectrum disorder

I need suggestions for a treatment plan for a 10-year-old boy with Autism spectrum disorder. Since age 5 he has been on three medications: Vyvanse 80mg PO Qam, Adderall 10mg PO Q afternoon, and Trazodone 50mg PO qhs. Now he has new complaints of generalized anxiety, insomnia, and fears that he will die. He is also critical of himself and gets upset when he gets less than 100 on exams.
