Thoracic surgery care plan

Create a care plans for a surgical patient. The patient is coming from Thoracic surgery. Use the nursing process(assessment, diagnose, planning/goals, implication, and evaluation) for the care plan and give at least five nursing diagnosis and the treatments for them.
