A college student is considering engaging in reducing screen time for better sleep quality and time management. Use Chapter 4 (Transtheoretical Model) to make a short video stating your responses to the following: a) If they self-identify in the Contemplation Stage, name at least two Processes of Change that are helpful towards them shifting from Contemplation into either Preparation or Action.

b) Provide an example of how you would apply each of these two Processes of Change in the given scenario (In other words, how would you use that Process of Change to help the person grow their motivation to change?)

c) Name three ways, using strategies from this chapter or previous chapters, in which we can grow the person’s self-efficacy towards the ability to reduce their screen time.
