Soap notes for a patient that Tested positive for COVID-19

Write a SOAP note for a patient that tested positive for COVID-19. She is 35 years old and came to the clinic today with complaints of fever, sore throat, coughing, nasal congestion and general malaise for 2 days. She tested positive for COVID-19 today and has 2 other sick family members in her home today. She works as a school teacher. She has a history of asthma and high blood pressure.

She states mother has high blood pressure and a diabetic. She does not know about her father.
She is wheezing and states she has a albertrol inhaler that is almost gone.
Her BP 175/88 HR 94, R26 temp 99.8 orally. She is 5f8′ and weight 210. She does smoke and drink but no recreational drugs. She takes lisinopril 10mg and norvasc 5 mg for high blood pressure. She last took 650 mg of tylenol about 4 hrs ago.
Please complete an assessment of the systems involved. Make sure to include ICD codes and medical diagnosis. The a plan of care for her.
