Advance state of lung cancer

Situation:

10-year-old Siani is in a far advance state of lung cancer. While her heart and kidneys are still functioning, she was in a stuporous state in the last three days. Her parents do not see the point of doing active medical interventions anymore. They requested that her Total parenteral nutrition be stopped now and wait until the body gives way to the disease.
