Alcoholic cirrhosis

A patient is getting ready to be discharged from your unit. The patient was admitted with alcoholic cirrhosis and states he knows how important it is to stop drinking but he does not know where to begin. He states he would like to eventually stop smoking as well but will deal with that later. Discuss which support group you will refer this patient to and why you chose this particular group. Are there any other resources you feel would be helpful for this patient? Again state your rationale of why these resources would be helpful.
