Alzheimer’s disease care plan

Audrey is a resident at Sunnyview Residential Care Facility. Throughout her adult life, she has been involved in the local volunteers’ association and different fund-raising activities. She always enjoyed talking with people. Audrey has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease some years ago. This is the reason why she moved to Sunnyview Residential Care Facility. Audrey is very social and enjoys doing different activities where she can maintain friendships and socialize with other residents at Sunnyview. These activities are very important to her; however, she sometimes forgets when they are planned to take place.
