2. Describe the differences between Schedule II and III drugs and what it takes to prescribe each.
3. Identify the process of obtaining a NPI- National Provider Identifier number. What is this for?
4. Who typically pays for malpractice insurance?
5. Go to your current employer’s Medical Affairs office or practice manager and obtain a credentialing application. Complete the application with as much information as you currently have and submit it to the assignment site. Do not submit this to an employer.
