Patient has Aspiration pneumonia
A patient has aspiration pneumonia. Treating with Zosyn w6hrs for 5 days. Repeating BMP and CBC in two days. Do you feel that more frequent would be more appropriate in the presence of leukocytosis and elevated creatinine without prior kidney disease?
