Calcium-rich side dish
Many nondairy foods can provide calcium. Create a calcium-rich side dish without milk or milk products. Select Create New Recipe and then enter a name for your recipe and the number of servings. Select Add Ingredient to begin entering the ingredients for your nondairy side dish. Select Save once all ingredients have been entered, you will then see your side dish recipe. Select the “i” icon next to the recipe name to display the nutrition content for one serving. How much calcium did your side dish provide?
