Case study

The case study presented involved a 68 year old male that is admitted to the hospital with community acquired pneumonia with a history of COPD, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes. He is currently on ceftriaxone and azithromycin. He is not tolerating a diet and complains of nausea and vomiting.
