Resources in Healthcare Simulations

What main resources would you need to integrate an academic electronic health record in healthcare simulations (with and without human patient simulators)? Include staff in the discussion.

3. Use an internet search for coding compliance policies.  There are some excellent, comprehensive, policy documents out there for you to use as a guide.
4. Make a coding policy for a fictional Community Hospital.
5. Your policy must address coding compliance, the physician query process, and how coding audits will occur to ensure compliance.
6. The document must be in a professional format, well organized with appropriate headings, titles and numbering.
