Developing skills for defining problems and Improving clinical decision-making

A commitment to EBP begins with establishing a culture in which nurses are mentored in developing skills for defining problems and improving clinical decision-making in their work environment. In addition to organization-wide support, achieving an evidence-based culture calls for strong nursing leadership” (Ogie-Enoma et al., 2010, p. 1). Can you explain the steps that nurse leaders should take in order to transform the practice culture in which EBP should flourish and thrive?
