Client with Coronary Artery Disease

The practical nurse (PN) is caring for a client with coronary artery disease who is admitted with intermittent chest pain.  The admission laboratory results indicate elevations in troponin I and creatine phosphokinase myoglobulin isoenzyme (CK-MB) levels.
