- Describe a minimum of 1 factor within your community that could negatively impact health literacy such as socioeconomic status, language barrier, or culture.
- Discuss the impact that health literacy has on a community’s members’ level of competence in accessing, understanding, appraising, and applying health information in order to make sound health decisions.
