Complaining of runny nose, dry cough, and fever

The mother brings the 2-year-old child complaining of runny nose, dry cough, and fever in. Today chilc is fussy. The child has a now decreased appetite. The highest temp at home was 101. upon my exam tiday temp is 102.

cough moderate, continuos, dry, and interrupts sleep. Tylenol given evey 4 hours for fever and temp goes away but returns about 4 hours later. what be a primary plus differential diagnoses
