Case: Corporate Cover-Up Summary of Advocate, Inc. v. Sauer on pages 230-231 of the textbook. Answer the following questions. Describe the legal and ethical issues presented in this case.

• According to a federal study, nearly 90% of the nation’s nursing homes are poorly staffed and find it difficult to provide basic services, such as cleaning, dressing, grooming, and feeding their residents.
• Assuming the accuracy of this number, discuss how you would distribute limited dollars to address this issue. (I purposely left out the rest of the question as stated in the book to encourage different levels of ideas and creativity).
