Craniotomy for Clipping of an Aneurysm
A 40 year-old man is post craniotomy for clipping of an aneurysm. His serum sodium is 115 mEq/L and he complains of nausea and vomiting. His urine sodium is 30 mEq/L and there is a decreased serum osmolality with inappropriately increased urine osmolality of 190 mOsm/kg. This presentation is consistent with:
