Decongestant rebound disease

Betty Peterson calls the primary health care provider (PHCP) regarding her cold symptoms. She has been taking a nasal decongestant for as long as she has been suffering from the cold symptoms. Betty tells you she is frustrated because it stopped working and she would like you to recommend a decongestant “that will really work this time.”
