Discharge teaching plan

Before a patient is discharged the nurses consider if there is someone to look after the patient till recovery. Develop a discharge teaching plan for the caregiver who will be responsible for the home care/administration of parenteral nutrition (PN), also known as total parenteral nutrition (TPN).
