Negotiating an Employment contract

Nurse practitioners are often employed by others.  When negotiating an employment contract, it is essential to understand the terms and conditions in the contract.  Define and discuss:  restrictive covenants, bonus formulas, productivity-based formulas, quality-based bonuses, profit-based formulas, patient-satisfaction-based formulas, and termination without cause.
