Enteral tube feeding

Your patient is not tolerating their enteral tube feeding. What might be some signs and symptoms of these? What would you assess? How would you intervene?  Complete a nasogastric insertion in lab. Document what you would assess before and after the insertion and pertinent information to the insertion, including patient tolerance and confirmation of placement.
