Enterococcal infections

Vancomycin has been used as “The Last Line of Defense” against staphylococcal and enterococcal infections. However, cases of visual evoked response(VER) and vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(VRSA) have become more prevalent across the globe recently. What examples of new drugs can be used to combat these resistant strains?
