Formulate a patient story and pertinent questions to be asked.

Your task as a group is to role-play a scenario where a patient (teenager) with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis is scheduled for a teleconsultation along with his/her parents. Video record the role play. In the scenario, you are expected to ask pertinent questions that are relevant in the case of the patient in order for you (as the nurse) to have whole and accurate data. You are given the liberty to brainstorm the story of the patient. Make sure to include the following items in the assessment:
