If you were to choose a multivitamin to support the vitamins and nutrients that you are lacking, which one would you choose and why? 1. Using all four of the diet types listed above list three examples of foods that are appropriate for a client to eat from each of the food groups.
2. Using all four of the diet types listed above list three specific foods that a client should avoid.
3. Choose one of the diet types and utilizing Canada’s Food Guide complete a one day meal plan including three meals and two snacks. Your presentation of your meal plan must clearly indicate the Canada Food Guide groups.
