To grow in the current health care system, we all need to adapt to new changes. Learning how to make effective change in an organization is key to success. There are different types of leadership styles. There have been many case studies of successful leadership in healthcare. As an ANP, we need to learn various tools to be successful leaders because there is no such one-size-fits-all approach to management (Delmatoff & Lazarus, 2014).
