Standards of Healthy Work Environment

Based on the AACN Standards of Healthy Work Environment (link provided under assigned readings) complete the following table using either your current work environment or one of your clinical agencies.  After you have reviewed the six standards, provide an example for each standard of how the clinical setting meets or does not meet the standard.

After discussing the six standards individually, provide a summary of the overall clinical environment and what improvements could be made.  If the clinical setting meets the healthy work environment standards discuss how to continue meeting the standards.
