What techniques or processes would we use to analyze data?

What techniques or processes would we use to analyze data? How might existing data be analyzed to evaluate the need for hearing services in the community?

For this question we don’t need to actually analyze the existing data, I just need to know what process I would use to possibly analyze the data. The data we are working with is information on hearing loss in a community.
