Help with an APA evidence

I need help with an APA evidence based Practice PICOT paper and I

have no idea where to start or how to start it. I would like to do it on Hypertension. It only has to be one page long but I am clueless and stressed out over this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
