High incidence of dental cavities

A school district is showing a high incidence of dental cavities of students in grades K-12. It was decided to implement an oral health program for one year and provide education, incentives to daily brush and floss, have dental hygienists provide cleanings and X-rays, and have dentists treat existing cavities. During the planning stage, the community health professional is responsible for writing a goal and an objective for the desired outcome of this program.
