The Importance of reflection

It’s time for the last CAT of the course! Those of you who have taken a previous class with me will remember the importance of reflection, and how that can make us better providers of care. Remember that reflection allows you to assess what went well, what did not go so well, and what to do in the future to be more successful at whatever task y are asked to complete.

For this CAT, lets reflect back and also look to the future.
