Medicare drug benefit program

-In return for PhRMA’s political support of the ACA, the Obama administration pledged not to not to include provisions that would allow the federal government to negotiate for lower prescription drug prices for the Medicare drug benefit program (Medicare Part D). Who do you believe got the better end of the bargain, Obama or PhRMA? Explain your reasoning.
