A patient with Musculoskeletal disorders

As a nurse, what aspects should I consider when communicating verbally, non-verbally, and in writing with a patient with musculoskeletal disorders?  What aspects should the nurse consider when communicating verbally, non-verbally and in writing with the multidisciplinary team in charge of a patient with musculoskeletal disorders?
