Negative connotation that all carbohydrates are bad
People have this negative connotation that all carbohydrates are bad. Diets like “Keto” are where people are cutting out a whole food group just to lose weight. Do people have a perception that being skinny is equal to being healthy and why? How could one change the mindset of people like that?
