Male Patient blood labs

What does a male patient blood labs values (wbc, RBC, hct, hemoglobin, k*, na, Calcium, cardiac labs, liver enzymes labs, etc) look like with aortic dissection. What diagnostics test would be done to confirm aortic dissection and what would be the results? Why would these lab values be elevated or decreased ?
