Performance management plan

Review and evaluate the work performance of an individual. This must include: Discussing their performance management plan/development with the individual. Identifying if goals are being met or if help is needed to assist the individual in meeting these
➢ Revising plans and practices to help the individual in their continued improvement
➢ Coaching the individual to help the individual’s performance
➢ Documenting the outcome of the individual’s performance development to organizational requirements.
