Intervention

The PICOT question is, “In psychiatric nursing (P), how effective is the integration of support programs (I) compared to the lack of these programs (C) in reducing nurse burnout rates (O) over one year (T)? .” 

Expected Outcome  

The expected outcome is a reduction of nurse burnout rates. It will be evaluated through an analysis of burnout reports. The implementation phases will comprise:

Who: the targeted population is psychiatric nurses, and the management will administer the intervention.

What: support programs will be incorporated in daily nursing practice.

When: the programs will be offered throughout a routine practice schedule.

How: the programs will be provided through psychological practices like meditation.
