2. A 67 year old female with CHF, dry cough, pursed lip breathing noted and a respiratory rate of 22.
3. A 54 year old man with appendicitis, pain level of 8 in his lower right quadrant for the past 2 hours.
4. A 47 year old male with Down’s Syndrome who slipped and fell on the icy stairs, walked into the ED, has a bump on the back of his head, family unsure if LOC.
5. A 36 year old male with right upper quadrant pain that radiates to the shoulder and has a history of gallstones.
