Describe the magnitude of the problem and propose one public health intervention (education, outreach, screening, etc.) to address the problem.  Help make a budget for a $100,000 grant application. Consider how long your program will run and what resources (personnel, materials, travel, research tools, etc.) are necessary for program success.
