You should incorporate concepts from the leadership issues you have learned, for example, transformational leadership or any leadership theory that you have learned throughout this Nursing course that has influenced your thoughts, vision and beliefs.

1. Draw a piece of visual art or written work (poem, short story etc.) or image in  or select any of those above with proper citation.

2. Express your belief or vision clearly identifiable by visual art, poem, or image. It has to actually speak to your beliefs or vision about leadership.
