Reflect on your overall beliefs about health and aging What describes your “true self?” Are you a “glass half full or half empty” type of person? What are your internal beliefs and fears about aging? How are your parents, grandparents, or other family members aging? What bias or beliefs do you have that will influence your aging process? How will these beliefs influence your ability to age well?
