Written Repository of books
Make a written repository of books/articles/podcasts/websites etc. that have captured our attention as they relate to our well being. All entries are intended to be educational and thought-provoking but neither prescriptive nor therapeutic. Please feel free to add as many entries as you like, a minimum of 4 (each), and provide some ideas about how your entries influenced your thinking. Please associate your entries with the 7 domains of the wellness ( Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, Career, Intellectual, Environmental, and Social.)
