Role of a trainee nursing associate

Discuss and describe how your role as a trainee nursing associate supports your area of practice. This includes your relationship with service users, families, colleagues and the multi professional team. You will be expected to identify a service user (respecting confidentiality) and focus on this service user in relation to an episode of care e.g admission/clinic visit. It is essential to provide some background to your chosen service users diagnosis and reason for this episode of care to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of your role in providing care. Relate the care that you provided to the service user by incorporating an evidence base for the communication and health promotion used to support their physical health and their mental health during this episode.
