Spread of cold and flu

As your workplace approaches cold and flu season, the healthy workplace committee has decided to take a number of proactive measures to prevent and minimize infection rates. Discuss the steps that human resource can and should take to prevent the spread of cold and flu among employees. In other words, what tasks, measures, information, or programs should be developed that will help to break the chain of infection? Outline these precautions in terms of the level of responsibility associated with them (e.g., front-line employee, manager, supervisor).
