Male patient Suffering from dementia

An 88-year-old male patient suffering from dementia accidentally pulled out his gastrostomy tube during the night. An interventional cardiologist takes him into an angiography suite, probes the site with a catheter, and injects contrast medium for assessment and tube placement.

The entry site remained open, and the tube was replaced into the proper position.
