Syndrome of heart

A prospective cohort study will be conducted to explore a rare disease, called Syndrome of Heart. Inclusion and exclusion criteria have been developed. The participants will be followed for 8 years beginning from the date of their entrance to the study. Based on the objective of the study, comment on this study design.
