T2DM

55yr old Jack lives with T2DM which he has only recently been diagnosed with, and has begun receiving insulin, he has slight progressive astigmatism and hasn’t been able to afford glasses. He has been experiencing greater than usual visual losses and blurriness in different parts of his field of vision in recent years, including near his central field of vision. what could this be?  Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration or Glaucoma?
