Evaluate the concept of informed consent

Evaluate the concept of informed consent as it relates to a controversial research study discussed in the text (e.g., Milgram’s study on Obedience; Tuskegee syphilis study; MK-Ultra).  Assess whether or not, or under what circumstances, deception is ever justified in psychological research. Is this ever a straightforward decision?
