The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership

In Kouzes & Posner, Chapter 3, please read the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership and pick one Practice. In two substantive paragraphs and using scholarly articles in addition to Kouzes & Posner, please discuss how you demonstrate leadership.

• Choose one of your supervisors and explain how they demonstrate leadership. Is it the same kind of leadership?
• Do you believe there is a leadership shortage in your organization?
• How can you grow and learn as a leader in your organization?
• You may get some ideas from the two TED Talks listed in the Resources Section for this week.
