The Five Rights of Delegation

Textbook- Leading and Managing in Nursing by Patricia Yoder-Wise. (2019).  Review Ch 17 regarding the elements of safe delegation, essential communication, and the Five Rights of Delegation. Comment on your experiences with any of these, either as a person who delegates to others, or when others have delegated to you. Be sure to add which aspects were comfortable, which were uncomfortable or could have been improved, or which elements were missed entirely.

In a workplace situation where you are the manager (actual or hypothetical), state how you would make sure all of these elements were be present in a delegating situation.
